Target Audience

This is probably the biggest stereo type of my song. I feel like the song will appeal to all ages because of the artist and the laid back tune. If i had to pick on stereotype tat would be an avid listener to my song i think it would be the "chill out maan" kind of surfer dude.

My surfer dude's Life

  • Wakes up late.
  • Has long blonde hair.
  • Lives on a beach house.
  • Wears a straw hat and sandles.
  • Eats cereal and take away because it is easy.
  • Goes to the pub.
  • Wears quick silver, hoodies and shorts.
  • Has a girlfriend
  • doesn't play video games.
  • Works out.
  • Parties.

Equipment I will be using.

This is a crane for the camera. We have one
readily available at our school, i will be using
it for shots around the house to get all the
angles of the singer and to get the smooth
movement of the camera around the room
or location. It will be perfect for my opening
shot of my sleeping musician as i can hover
perfectly over his face as he gradually wakes up.

This is the dolly i will be using, i want
to use this because it provides a very smooth
action with the camera and i can achieve a
great panning or following shot of the singer
as well as having the rig i will be making f
or the attached shots of walking through
town , eating ect.

This is similar to the rig i am going to
create. I would like one that shoots of
the singers face as he is going through
actions like singing or walking and just
shots of his/her facial expressions.

poster 4

Love this poster, its just a little bit different to the norm ! took a fair bit of editing mostly in the liquify area of photoshop like turning the smoke into a man and adding trees and thorns onto the snooker cue. It was a fun excersize and gave me a chance to use the skills i learnt in photoshop wierd book tutorial.

3rd poster

one more to do and i am going to make it as complex as i can with all of the skills i picked up on whilst doing my book.

Photoshop tutorial.

After getting to this point in the set task i decided to start to recording what i was doing,  by this time i had got the background in and changed the color's , brightnesses est. i have put the wooden layer on and changed the brightness and colors and more. Also i had cut out the book changed the brightnesses, cut out the pages and replaced them with the grassy field which took a lot of work to bend the grass and cut it and keep it to look like the grass was actually pages.
This was getting the road onto the book and also getting the shadow in the crease of the book to make it look more 3.D. The road was cut out of a picture of a road with the quick selection tool then warped to fit with the book and then i used the burn tool to put shadows on to the road.
The last stage was adding the tree and the lamp post clock into the mix to give it a more of a 3.D look. This envolved the magic lasoo tool for the tree and then selecting the tree and bringing down the brightness as to quickly get rid of the white patches, the lamp was easy just needed cutting out and placing in the right layer and then an easy shadow was done with the burn tool. This only took a couple of lessons and i am really pleased with the result, i definately feel like my photoshop skill have been dramatically improved.

Another mock poster, simple but affective

Digi pack -4

This was just to see different ways of constructing what will be my final digi pack , i like the idea the two busy middle covers, but as i said earlier i would like it to be of something, like people, or in a town ect.
